THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FOR THE JOB FAIR ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2011, AT CASA CENTRAL 1335 N. CALIFORNIA AVE. 10:00A.M. - 2:00P.M.

THE VENDORS ATTENDING THE THE 3rd JOB FAIR THIS YEAR ARE ON THE FLIER AND  ADDTIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING PRESTIGE HOME HEALTH SERVICES, JEWISH VOCATIONAL SERVICE AND CASA CENTRAL.

PLEASE REVIEW THE INFO FOR JEWISH VOC. SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL ACCEPTING WALK-IN SCREENING STUDENTS IF YOU QUALIFY FROM 8/29 - 9/2.

WHAT I DO KNOW IS A ABIDING HOME HEALTH CARE, INC IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK BECAUSE I ONCE WORKED FOR THEM AS A 'CNA' AND LOVED IT.

WE ALL KNOW THAT WALGREENS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO SHOP IN, SO IT MUST BE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ON LINE AT WALGREENS.COM AND/OR ANY STORE. THERE ARE OPENINGS, AND THEY ARE HIRING.

MANY PEOPLE, INCLUDING ME, HAVE COMCAST CABLE, SO W&E COMMUNICATION IS A CONTRACTOR FOR COMCAST WITH 7-10 FULLTIME POSITIONS.

ALSO, AN EXHIBITOR FROM THE STATE TREASURER'S OFFICE WILL BE THERE TO DISPLAY PROGRAMS FROM THE STATE TREASUER'S OFFICE. ONE OF THE PROGRAMS WILL PROVIDE CASH DASH SEARCHES. OTHER PROGRAMS FROM THE STATE TREASURER'S OFFICE WILL BE AVAILABLE TOO. THEY ARE NOT HIRING, BUT THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO HELP/ASSIST PEOPLE.

NEW BEGINNING A DAY OF GIVING NFP

New Beginning "A Day of Giving" NFP August 9, 2011

New Beginning "A Day of Giving" is catering to the seniors by giving free health fair screenings for the elderly every month to check their health and play a little bingo with prizes give away and free food. They love it and so do my NFP, volunteers, and me. It is such a blessing for them to ask if we are coming back again soon.

The NFP is always making a difference in people's lives who has done so much to make a difference for the younger generation. It is time to give back and they are collecting with much fun.

The last job fair for New Beginning "A Day of Giving" is September 13, 2011, 10AM - 2PM at Casa Central 1335 N. Caifornia Ave.

"A DAY OF GIVING" JOB FAIR TRAINING PROGRAMS ON JULY 26, 2011

This "A Day of Giving" job fair was another success and Ms. Roslynn Riley and helpers because they were well versed and knowledgable in this area.

It was a healthcare fair for people who was interested in becoming a home health aide or a pharmacy technician. These classes are free with job placement assistance. It was a great opportunity for many. It is part of the Jewish Vocational  Service.

They will come again on September 13, 2011, with these and other programs at Casa Central 1335 N. California Ave. from 10AM - 2PM. There will be more information forecoming really soon.

New Beginning "A Day of Giving" NFP

"A DAY OF GIVING" HEALTH FAIR ON JULY 19, 2011

This health fair turned out to be sensational because the elderly asked "Could we do it again next month?" We were very happy with the turnout and the flow of the fair went absolutely- perfectly. It was the NFP first health fair and many more to come.

We will move on to our next health fair on August 9, 2011, and we pray it will be equally or better, so we can bless the elderly and the handicapped.

"A Day of Giving" in the community

New Beginning "A Day of Giving" NFP first ''Health Fair" will be held July 19, 2011, from 10AM - 2PM at 2045 W. Jackson Blvd in the building called "Van Buren's Apartments."

We are all excited to be able to cater to the elderly to make sure they are in the best condition.

They will have lots of fun like bingo, prizes giveaway, and food eventhough it is a health screening fair.
